How we Follow Amazon’s Policy

ShopbyAtlantic has been built under supervision of high class Amazon former sellers which were strict to the Amazon’s program policies and made sure that this store complies to all the policies of Amazon whether it is Seller Code of Conduct ,Dropshipping Policy or any other Program policy of Amazon .

The teams tried their best to neglect any chance of violation of Amazon’s program policies to let the sellers remain on the safe side according to Amazon’s suspension criteria. As in the recent past ,a bunch of sellers got deactivated due to the violation of program policies which was basically due to the lack of knowledge and implementation of the directed things by Amazon.

So, our teams put their efforts and planned a system that will accurately work according to Amazon’s policies ,so that none of our customers get in trouble.

We have kept all the measures and limits in mind whether it relates to packaging ,labelling or shipping of the product. We have kept Seller code of conduct and Dropshipping policy in our minds to keep our clients safe from suspensions and enjoy a new way of business quite completely according to the said rules by Amazon.

We completely follow the Drop Shipping policy of Amazon that states:

“Have an agreement with your supplier that they will identify you (and no one else) As a seller of your products on all packing slips, invoices, external packaging, and other information included or provided in connection with the products;

Remove any packing slips, invoices, external packaging, or other information identifying a third-party drop shipper prior to shipping the order;

Be responsible for accepting and processing customer returns of your products.”

We do the same , We have a written agreement with the Amazon seller ,We repack it with plain packaging and provide the information of the Amazon Seller through Packing Slip.We also offer the services to Return or Refund under certain conditions described in Returns Refund policy of ShopbyAtlantic.

We will always be there to provide enough material (Invoices, Courtesy Letters,Agreement) if Amazon asks sellers regarding the services or fulfilment of their orders.

So, this is how we comply with Amazon’s Drop shipping policy.
