Shipping Policy


We offer a full time free delivery to all the customers in the contiguous United States (lower 48) .When we ship your order, we list the carrier, ship date, and estimated delivery date for your package in Your Account, and in your shipment confirmation email. You can track your package in your orders.

Most of the orders are shipped within the same day if received before 3 pm (CDT) and you get a tracking number as soon as it gets shipped from the warehouse. We mostly use the premium services of the carriers and you might assume it to get delivered before 6 Business days that is the maximum extent .

We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam Puerto Rico, APO/FPO addresses. We cannot ship to PO Boxes or outside the continental U.S.Orders shipped by standard ground service will be brought to the front door of the recipient by the delivery driver.

You MUST note any delivery damage on the delivery ticket or bill of lading.  It is best to completely inspect delivered products while the driver is present, before signing for the delivery.  If there is severe damage please contact us immediately so we can handle it at that time.

It is very important that you keep all shipping and packing materials.  We cannot accept returns (for replacement or credit) that do not have all original packaging.Drivers will bring your delivery to the rear of the truck but it is your responsibility from that point forward.

Common Carrier deliveries cannot be scheduled for a specific time. 

We can request that the delivery company call you before delivery. 

Someone must be available during normal weekday business hours (generally 8 am to 5 pm) to accept the delivery.
